Refund Policy

Effective 1 September 2026.

When to contact us

A refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days after payment. Each request is reviewed in light of the nature of digital content, download activity, the product description and applicable Ukrainian law.

Eligible cases

• a duplicate charge or duplicate payment for one order;
• payment was confirmed but files were not delivered and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time;
• a verified material mismatch with the advertised description or a technical defect that support cannot correct.

Selecting an incompatible CMS version, theme or dependency where requirements were clearly stated does not automatically qualify for a refund. Support will first offer diagnostics or a compatible build where available.

How to request a refund

Email hello@modocps.com with the order number, buyer email, product name and reason. Never send a full card number or CVV.

Refund method

An approved refund is initiated through WayForPay to the original payment instrument. Posting time is determined by the card issuer. We will notify you of the decision by email.

Digital content and withdrawal rights

Consumers in Ukraine, the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction retain all mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by this policy. Where the consumer separately requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, the ordinary withdrawal right ends once access or downloading begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not remove remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where the module has a verified defect, is not as described or cannot be supplied. When contacting us, provide the order number, domain/platform version, a description of the issue and reproduction steps.
