1. Data we process
To place and fulfil an order, ModOCPS may process your name, email, phone number if supplied, IP address, browser information, order contents and amount, domain and other licence parameters.
2. Purposes
Data is used to process orders, confirm payments, deliver digital files, provide support, prevent fraud and meet accounting and tax obligations.
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by the WayForPay payment service. ModOCPS never receives or stores full card numbers, CVV values or expiry dates. The payment provider may send us payment status, a masked card number and transaction identifiers.
4. Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with providers required to fulfil the order, including payment, email and hosting providers. Retention is limited by the processing purpose and applicable Ukrainian law.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where retention is not legally required. Send requests to hello@modocps.com.

Checkout data and legal bases
At checkout we process first and last name, email, optional phone, buyer type and country, and for a business its legal name, tax number/VAT ID and registered address. We also retain order contents, IP/technical data, consent version and timestamp and, after payment, its status, payment system, issuing-bank country and masked card number. ModOCPS does not receive or store full card details.
Legal bases are performance of the contract and file delivery; compliance with legal/accounting duties; legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and support; and consent only where separately requested.
Recipients, international transfers and retention
Data may be received by hosting and email providers, WayForPay, authorised support specialists and public authorities where required by law. The seller operates from Ukraine, so EU/EEA buyer data may be processed in Ukraine subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Order and payment records are retained for the period needed for contract, warranty, tax and accounting duties; the consent log is retained with the order; security logs are normally kept for up to 12 months unless an incident or law requires longer.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may withdraw consent for future processing. Email hello@modocps.com; we may need to verify the requester’s identity. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
