Terms and Conditions
Effective 1 September 2026.
1. General
These terms govern sales of digital products through modocps.com. Placing an order, accepting the terms and/or paying constitutes acceptance of this offer.
2. Product and compatibility
Product features, supported CMS versions, package contents and price are stated on each product page. Before payment, the buyer must compare the stated requirements with the CMS, PHP version, theme and dependencies used by the intended store.
3. Price and payment
The final amount is displayed at checkout. Card payment takes place on the secure WayForPay page. For an international card, conversion to UAH and any issuer fee are determined by the card issuer.
4. Digital delivery
After the bank confirms payment, personal download links are sent to the email entered at checkout. No physical delivery is made. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct email address and keeping links confidential.
5. Licence
Unless the product states otherwise, the buyer receives a non-exclusive right to use the purchased module within the stated licence. Resale, public distribution, transfer to third parties or removal of authorship notices is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the applicable licence.
6. Support and liability
Support covers the advertised product functionality. Changes to third-party modules, the CMS core, theme or server may require separately paid adaptation. Liability is governed by these terms and applicable Ukrainian law.

Buyer details and international orders
At checkout, the buyer selects Individual or Business and provides the country of habitual residence or business registration. A business buyer also provides its legal name, tax number/VAT ID and registered billing address. The buyer is responsible for accurate information; it is used for payment, tax records and the order document.
The payable total is shown before the payment button is pressed. WayForPay charges in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); the buyer’s bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Tax treatment depends on applicable law, the seller’s status and the verified buyer evidence.
Immediate supply of digital content
By a separate unchecked box at checkout, the consumer expressly requests supply of digital content before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges losing the withdrawal right once access or downloading begins. This does not limit rights relating to defective, unsafe or non-conforming content.
