Flexible settings
- Enable products, categories, orders, customers and information pages independently.
- Select search fields separately for each section.
- Start after 1–10 characters with a 150–1000 ms input delay.
- Show 3–30 results per group with automatic lazy loading.
- Configure product thumbnails, zero-status orders and opening results in a new tab.
Installation
- Back up your store files and database.
- Upload the matching ZIP through Extensions → Installer.
- Refresh the cache in Extensions → Modifications.
- Install “Smart Admin Search Pro” in the module list.
- Choose search sources and fields, enable the module, save settings and refresh the admin page.
Security and compatibility
The module does not alter the database structure or replace core files. Results are additionally filtered by standard OpenCart permissions for products, categories, orders, customers and information pages.
