Developer support

Which Temu regions are supported?

The European Temu Seller Center EU / Partner Platform EU only. Temu Global, US, Mainland China and Hong Kong are not supported.

Does it import orders or print labels?

No. Version 1.0.0 covers product publishing, SKU matching, price, stock, matrix and reconciliation. Orders, statuses and labels are outside this release.

How many Temu stores can be connected?

There is no software limit: several European stores and multiple accounts per country are supported. Availability depends on your seller accounts and API permissions.

What are the requirements?

PrestaShop 1.7, 8 or 9, PHP 7.4+, HTTPS, MySQL, cURL, JSON and mbstring, plus an approved Temu EU seller and Partner Platform app.
